Vanni Partners provides deal origination infrastructure services to B2B clients, including system design, email campaign management, and optimization. Specific services will be outlined in separate service agreements.
You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling consultations. Fraudulent or spam bookings are prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel bookings we suspect are not genuine.
Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Payment terms are specified in service agreements. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur fees or service interruption.
All website content, including text, graphics, and logos, is property of Vanni Partners and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express written permission.
Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in target jurisdictions (including anti-spam regulations). Clients must have lawful basis to contact recipients and include opt-out mechanisms in all communications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanni Partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately without prior notice for violations of these Terms or conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in German courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
